This resort really feels like a little paradise just a couple of minutes from downtown Baños. The charming decor and spacious rooms are a joy, and I absolutely loved the amazing pool and spa facilities. However, the age of the hotel was evident in some areas, and I did have a concerning experience with the fireplace in my room. Still, overall, it was a relaxing getaway that I'd recommend.

I had a lovely stay at this quaint resort. The spa treatments were exceptional, particularly the Turkish bath and lavender massage, leaving me completely relaxed. However, the breakfast didn't quite meet my expectations after such a great dinner, and the resort could benefit from a little more attention in terms of service, such as room turn-down services. Our stay at the resort was absolutely stunning! The views were breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. While the location is a bit far from town, that just means you get to enjoy the tranquility of nature. The food was delicious, but the room was a bit cold and damp during our February visit. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return!
